IECI S.r.l. announces the opening of its new headquarters at Paderno Franciacorta (BS), a strategic investment that marks an important step in the path of growth and consolidation of the company in die-castingtemperature control sector.
The structure covers a total area of 4000 sq meters, divided into 1200 sq meters dedicated to technical offices – intended for design activities, research and development – and 2,000 sq m devoted to production.
The production area is the operational heart of the new headquarters and is designed to ensure maximum efficiency, safety and flexibility. Thanks to ample and rationalized space, the company is now able to more effectively manage all stages of the production process, from assembly to testing, all the way to shipment of the systems made. New work layouts were also implemented to optimize flows and reduce time.
The expansion of production capacity enables IECI to face market challenges more competitively and respond promptly to the demands of a growing number of customers, while maintaining high quality standards. The integration between production departments and technical offices, fostered by the new logistics configuration, promotes continuous collaboration between design and implementation, contributing to the development of increasingly customized and advanced solutions.
Photovoltaic panels totaling 140 kW were installed for the new facility, capable of meeting almost all of the plant ‘s energy needs.
The new headquarters is not only an infrastructural achievement, but also a symbol of IECI ‘s commitment toinnovation, sustainability and operational excellence.
