The Inverter Adaptive System® technology is based on flow control by adaptive inverter system on the pump.
This technology varies the flow rate of the heat transfer fluid to maintain the thermal delta between the delivery and the return from the mould, within a range that guarantees the best possible performance, i.e. the most efficient and effective heat transfer.
The software digitally detects the thermal differential and modifies the pump speed through motor frequency variation, keeping the pump running on the optimum pressure/flow curve.
This flow variation technology, combined with PID thermal control, provides the best possible temperature control system.
Moreover, in this way, the correct operation of the pump is constantly guaranteed, extending its life.
