DIATHERMIC OIL THERMOREGULATOR
The advantages of the use of diathermic oil are connected to the possibility of reaching high temperatures safely. IECI temperature controllers are structured to support such operation continuously. The technical features include magnetic drive pumps without possibility of leakages of the fluid, and the heating elements are controlled by a PID system. Cooling systems can be managed with a proportional valve.
The combination of these features ensures compliance with chemical-physical characteristics of the oil, allowing a long life and an effective performance in the course of time.

DIATHERMIC OIL THERMOREGULATOR
Climat industrial thermoregulators series PF-GAS 300, modular for single zone, controls mold temperatures through diathermic oil thrust in conditioning channels.
The exceptional innovation is the use, for oil heating, of a sophisticated flame system; it is reliable and safe, supplied by methane GAS or L.P.G. with an almost inexistent presence of CO in combustion fumes, in conformity to current European Regulations.
It is an open tank system with a reservoir calculated to compensate for the increase in oil volume due to the raising temperature. Maximum temperature reaches 300 °C, whilst the minimum is determined by the parameters (pressure, flow rate and temperature) of the main water connected to the thermoregulator.
